Sound Healing Meditations

Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there - buried under the 50,000 thoughts.

A CIRCLE OF SOUND IMMERSION + CLEANSING VIBRATIONS

You don’t have to do it alone!

Join us for our Flowing Fridays, Soothing Saturdays or Soul Sundays, where you will bath in the cleansing vibrations of Tibetan and Balinese sounds. Mediators who practice in groups often report that they feel less alone and more connected to others. Their practice feels deeper, tapping into a more profound silence than they experience on their own. As the eminent sociologist Margaret Mead said, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.”

During the meditation circle, you will be guided to deepen your practice by introducing sound, mantras, intentions and crystal healing whilst focusing on your Chakras, attaining Self Mastery or practicing the 7 Spiritual Laws of Success. You can use your personal mantra that you can obtain during a Mantra Ceremony or Workshop, or a mantra will be given to you on the day. If you wish to receive your own person mantra then click on the link above under ‘Private Session’ to book your own private session.
