A 60 minute *ONLINE* Sound Bath into silence and serenity that will delve into The Art of Healing by removing blockages that lead to fear, anxiety and stress.
We are all currently in a state of uncertainty which subconsciously can cause prolonged stress on the physical, mental and spiritual body. With uncertainty comes fear, frustration, anxiety and stress. Dealing with all these emotions alone, due to self isolation, can be overwhelming and can lead to depression and loneliness.
In order to nurture the mind and soul and hold space for our bodies to heal, we need to create environments that allow us to relax and unwind but feel like we are connected to others going through the same experiences as we are.
This blissful session will focus on the Art of Healing. By making the time to rest and recover our body regenerates at a faster rate allowing each cell to renew efficiently and effectively. When we push our body and mind to the extreme we put it in a state of dis-ease, and constant dis-ease affects our immune system which makes us more susceptible for illness.

During this 60 minute restorative sound meditation, you will be guided to set intentions, utilize a Mantra to deepen your meditation practice and float within the sounds of Tibet and Bali.

Once you book you will receive a ZOOM link a few days before your session to access the Sound Healing class. Please do not share it with others.

Why do we set intentions?
By setting intentions you will actively begin to break the repetitive patterns and cycles you have unconsciously created by focusing on transformation and expansion.
What is a mantra and what are the benefits of using one during your meditation practice?
A mantra is a pure vibrational sound that you silently repeat to yourself in order to help you settle the mind into quieter levels of awareness. Remember the key to meditation is to be effortless. By practicing meditation with a mantra your active mind will slowly begin to dissipate. Remember, thoughts will come and are part of the process.
By introducing a mantra, it will assist you in deepening your meditation practice and reduce the activity of the mind, allowing you to heal and restore your body, mind and soul on a deeper and more profound level.
Will Tibetan sound healing bowls help with my blissful meditation experience?
You have no idea! You will leave floating on a soft cloud of pure euphoria.

Julie Parmax is a certified Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and has been practicing meditation for 10 years. She has studied at the Chopra Center in California with Deepak Chopra and Roger Gabriel.
